Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. We are committed to being 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We care deeply about animals and believe that animal testing is both unnecessary and outdated. Our products are developed with compassion and respect for all living beings.

Are your products Vegan?

Yes, absolutely. Our products are made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be.

What is the self-life of your products?

All product has a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Store all your products in a cool and dry place.

How long would the bundles last?

With both morning and evening use, our products last between 2 and 3 months each making the bundles the most affordable option.

Are your products recyclable?

Yes, they are. It's one of the main reasons why we choose glass for our bottles. But it's up to each of us to properly clean our bottles for processing; excess waste and residue in your glass can lead to the landfill. Clean with hot water and sort properly.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

Yes our products are considered pregnancy and breast feeding safe. However we still do recommend you consult with your doctor prior to use. We provide our full ingredient list on each individual product listing.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched 12pm AEST daily (Excluding weekends and NSW public holidays)
Australia - All orders receive free shipping and takes 2-3 days to be delivered. You can upgrade your order to express for next day delivery.
New Zealand - Standard (Free shipping) 5 days. Express: 3 days
United States & Canada - Standard (Free shipping): 7 Days. Express: 3 days
United Kingdom - Standard (Free Shipping): 7 Days. Express: 3 days
 

How do I track my order?

Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can then track your order through.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation from us within 24-48 hours of order placement, contact us on hello@avasociety.com.au or for an immediate reply pop onto our live chat.

What if I have an issue with my order?

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at hello@avasociety.com.au or use our contact us page. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.

Can I change the address on my order?

If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email hello@avasociety.com.au with the correct address.

Can I change my order once it’s placed?

Please email us at hello@avasociety.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your needs but if the order has already been dispatched we are unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange any of my product?

Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.  If in the unlikely event you aren't completely loving your products, whilst we aren't able to refund, we would love for you to get in touch with us at hello@avasociety.com.au and let us know how you're finding the products. We would then be more than happy to ship other products within our range out to you completely free to ensure we find the best solution and routine for your particular skin.
