Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not. We are committed to being 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We care deeply about animals and believe that animal testing is both unnecessary and outdated. Our products are developed with compassion and respect for all living beings.
Are your products Vegan?
Yes, absolutely. Our products are made from 100% vegan ingredients and always will be.
What is the self-life of your products?
All product has a shelf life of 12 months after opening. Store all your products in a cool and dry place.
How long would the bundles last?
With both morning and evening use, our products last between 2 and 3 months each making the bundles the most affordable option.
Are your products recyclable?
Yes, they are. It's one of the main reasons why we choose glass for our bottles. But it's up to each of us to properly clean our bottles for processing; excess waste and residue in your glass can lead to the landfill. Clean with hot water and sort properly.
Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes our products are considered pregnancy and breast feeding safe. However we still do recommend you consult with your doctor prior to use. We provide our full ingredient list on each individual product listing.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are dispatched 12pm AEST daily (Excluding weekends and NSW public holidays)
Australia - All orders receive free shipping and takes 2-3 days to be delivered. You can upgrade your order to express for next day delivery.
New Zealand - Standard (Free shipping) 5 days. Express: 3 days
United States & Canada - Standard (Free shipping): 7 Days. Express: 3 days

How do I track my order?
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information that you can then track your order through.
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation from us within 24-48 hours of order placement, contact us on hello@avasociety.com.au or for an immediate reply pop onto our live chat.
What if I have an issue with my order?
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us at hello@avasociety.com.au or use our contact us page. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
Can I change the address on my order?
If you need to change or update the address on your order that has not been shipped yet, please email hello@avasociety.com.au with the correct address.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Please email us at hello@avasociety.com.au and we will try our best to accommodate your needs but if the order has already been dispatched we are unable to make any changes.
Can I return or exchange any of my product?
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. If in the unlikely event you aren't completely loving your products, whilst we aren't able to refund, we would love for you to get in touch with us at hello@avasociety.com.au and let us know how you're finding the products. We would then be more than happy to ship other products within our range out to you completely free to ensure we find the best solution and routine for your particular skin.

I ordered a $250 bundle. Waited over a month for it to arrive. When it finally arrived, I was sentwone item. I made contact and was offered a store credit of $150. I was then promised my order. It still never arrived.bagain, eventually after many messages, I received what was supposed to be the rest of my order. It wasn't. I still never received the mask that I ordered. (The most expensive item!) They then stopped replying. I decided to use my store credit recently... Again, it's been over two weeks and hasn't been sent. I included the last few messages and you can see that they just stopped replying. It's a shame as I liked the product.
Have been waiting on an order since 26th July. Very poor customer service, no response received to several emails and Live chats.
Really poor customer service take your money and never send the product
I am currently reporting these “guys” (Claire) to the NSW department of FAIR TRADING for not only NOT DELIVERING GOODS, but also not REFUNDING! They/she/he (I have no idea of who the actual person is) promises the world but doesn’t deliver . Buyer be aware. Our contacts at NSW Fair Trading will make sure they don’t rip anyone else off. It’s hard core to be so dubious in a space where people like myself suffer from a difficult & exhausting condition, but to take advantage of that, is even more dubious and downright cruel .
Ordered June 10 and haven’t received it. Sent three emails and haven’t received a response. Terrible customer service.
Redness Repair Daily Treatment (Niacinamide 10% + Green Tea)
Silly me thinking how good could a cleanser really be. The Anti Redness Cream Cleanser is divine! So is the serum and moisturiser but I expected them to be. I didn't think the cleanser would be so lovely on the skin.

I am really happy with this bundle. It glides on the skin and I definitely feel like it's working. I went with the gentle option as my skin is quite reactive and have absolutely noticed a difference in how its calmed down my triggers and overall redness
Love this bundle! The cleanser gets every bit of makeup off. The serum leaves my skin dewy and hydrated. And the moisturiser i've noticed has really helped with fine lines and a more vibrant complexion. I couldn't recommend highly enough

I have been using this bundle for three weeks so far. Have had no irritation which is great as my skin is really sensitive. I noticed my skin get less red about two and a half weeks in so am excited to see where this goes after a month or so of use
Great products that help my redness a lot and customer service is amazing. I accidentally didn't add a discount code into my order and they refunded me the difference on the spot.
It’s a really moisturising set of products and a great companion for rosacea skin. It’s not going to cure rosacea overnight but regardless you need a suitable skincare routine that’s consistent and includes ingredients that calm redness and inflammation so I’m happy. Trying the mask next
I've been using these products for four months now, and they have made not a lick of difference to skin redness. In general they are pleasant enough, although I really hate the moisturiser dipstick design. Once I've finished them I won't be buying more.
Love this! :-) The cleanser leaves your skin feeling fresh and soft. The serum is a standout for me. It is oil based which means your dry skin just laps it up. Definitely recommend to anyone suffering from redness, dry or dehydrated skin

I wish I took before and after photos! This range has completely changed my skin in 3 weeks. I never leave reveiws but feel like these products deserve the shout out. My redness is dramatically reduced, big angry breakouts are almost non-existent and I dont feel embarrassed about the state of my skin. The live chat on the website has been amazing and they have answered all my questions on the spot. I was sceptical because I've been through so many products and brands in the past but I've finally found my products. 😊
My skin usually reacts to products super easily and becomes itchy. This bundle has left no reactions and is very lightweight so doesn't freak out my skin
Great products. My skin started being a little less red within a week but it did take nearly 4 weeks for me to see a significant reduction to my redness so that is why it's getting 4 stars not 5 as I was hoping it would clear up in 14 days. Having said that, a couple of extra weeks wait for me to feel more confident in my skin is fully worth it and I will buy again
I was a little cynical about a cream cleanser, I always felt they weren't 'strong' enough at giving a deep clean but trusted Claire from live chat who was lovely and explained to my why cream cleansers are great for redness and sensitive skin, and she wasn't wrong! A lovely cleanser that removes my makeup and cleanses my skin thoroughly
These products are really hydrating for my skin and I know it's for redness but I feel like it has helped with my crows feet which is a nice added bonus. Recommended to my sister too

I am leaving a 3 star review as a last resort to being treated very poorly after my last order. I made my 5th order at the end of June. I received tracking information around a week later. No package arrived so about a week after that I checked the tracking- it said the label had been created but that was it. I reached out and asked if my package had been sent. I was informed it was waiting to be picked up by Australia Post. I checked again a few days later and was told they didn't know what was happening, so would send out a replacement package. I hadn't received any further information or tracking for this, so I checked in again and was told they had oversold and couldn't fulfil my order. I was told I had been refunded. This was not true... I had to put in a case with Afterpay, and then I got my money back. During this process I was also offered a $50 refund to my account (prior to my order being eventually cancelled) as well as a free face mask. I sent another email stating that I believe I had been lied to (I don't believe the original package was ever sent and I also was not refunded when I was told so) I have since been "ghosted". No further replies. I am beyond disappointed. I am giving 3 stars for the fact that the products are amazing and work for my skin. Otherwise I'd give zero stars. I can't believe that a repeat customer would be treated this way! Very disappointing 😞 I also had issues with my previous order, but was not lied to and eventually received my products. I didn't leave a bad review at the time, but this time, I feel other customers need to be made aware.

Beautiful products. The cleanser is divine, the moisturiser sits really well under makeup and my dry skin just soaks up the oil serum. Too early to say about my redness yet as I've only been using for a week but great start so far :)

I have only purchased the moisturiser and have been using it for 2 weeks now. I love it!! I have extremely dry skin and my rosacea was flaring bad 😞 this is the first moisturiser that makes my face actually feel like I've got it on and the redness has reduced some. I'll definitely be ordering the entire set when I can. Highly recommend this product.

Unfortunately it did not reduce my redness. I have been using the product series for 2 months. It’s expensive considering I didn’t see any changes at all. The products smell and feel very nice but that’s about it. Might be good for some types of redness but not for everyone.
These products soak into the skin and leave me feeling nice and hydrated. I love the serum the most, and the cleanser and moisturiser make for great staples to my skincare routine
